We are looking forward to you joining us for this free class. We hope that it will encourage people to feel energized, strong and capable. Depending on when you join us in the month we will teach you how to do 1,000 punches as well as learn basic self defense.
Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday throughout April from 7:30-8:00pm.
