This is an online class geared towards beginners. You will get an in depth foundation to Ving Tsun Kung Fu while getting a great workout and learning self defense. This is an online class done via Zoom but is very fast paced and interactive. It’s a great option during the recent pandemic activity or if you are not close to our headquarter school in Richmond, VA.
