Private lessons are one-on-one instruction with Sifu O’Brien. These lessons are scheduled based on availability and are separate from regular class. This is a good option for someone who is looking to learn about Ving Tsun and self defense but may be apprehensive about jumping into class or someone who would like a more personal training experience.
